Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened, unused products. Items must be in original packaging with all seals intact.
How to Return
1. Contact us at info@howzatheat.com with your order number 2. Receive return shipping instructions 3. Ship the product back to us 4. Receive refund within 5-7 business days
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Damaged products due to mishandling are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
